NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. CONSENT TO MARKETING CALLS AND TEXTS IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER BY THE MAIL-IN METHOD AND IS NOT A CONDITION OF PURCHASE.

Void where prohibited by law and outside the States of Illinois, Wisconsin, and Arizona. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Your Backyard. Your Pick. Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the States of Illinois, Wisconsin, or Arizona who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry and who are the owner of record of a single-family residence located in Sponsor’s then-current service area (the “Qualifying Residence”). The Qualifying Residence must be the street address submitted on the Entry and must be a property at which Sponsor is licensed and reasonably able to perform a standard installation of a TimberTech deck, a StruXure pergola, or motorized screens.

Renters, tenants, and occupants of apartments, condominiums, townhomes subject to association restrictions that prohibit the work, commercial properties, and any property the entrant does not own are not eligible, unless the entrant is an owner of record and can produce written authority from all co-owners. Sponsor’s then-current service area is the geographic area in which Erdmann Outdoor Living regularly designs and installs product, presently including: (a) the greater Chicago area, meaning the Northwest and Western Chicago suburbs Sponsor regularly serves; (b) Southern Wisconsin communities Sponsor regularly serves; and (c) the Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tucson, Arizona markets Sponsor regularly serves, as described on Sponsor’s website. Sponsor may confirm service-area eligibility at verification.

Erdmann Exterior Design, LTD. d/b/a Erdmann Outdoor Living (“Sponsor”), its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, website and platform providers (including Meta Platforms, Inc.), and each of their members, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

Participation constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are three official methods of entry. All three have the same odds. No method requires a purchase.

Website Online Entry (no marketing-consent required). During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.erdmannoutdoorliving.com/sweepstakes and complete the official website entry form with first name, last name, street address of the Qualifying Residence, city, state, ZIP code, email address, telephone number (for winner notification and Sweepstakes administration), and a Yes response to “Are you a homeowner of this address?” The participant must check an unchecked box agreeing to these Official Rules, age, and homeownership. A separate TCPA / marketing-consent box may appear on the website form; checking it is optional and is not required to receive a Website Online Entry.

Meta Instant Form Online Entry (TCPA consent required). During the Sweepstakes Period, a participant may instead complete Sponsor’s official Meta lead form on Facebook or Instagram. Because that form delivers a telephone number to Sponsor as a marketing lead, the participant must check both of the following boxes, which will be presented unchecked: (a) consent to these Official Rules, age, and homeownership; and (b) TCPA / marketing consent. If Meta’s form tools cannot display both boxes unchecked, cannot keep them separate, or cannot prevent submission without box (b), Sponsor will not treat the Meta form as an official entry method. In that event Meta ads will link to the Website Online Entry, and a person who does not want to give TCPA consent will use the Website form or the Mail-In method.

Checking box (b) is not required to enter by the Website Online Entry or the Mail-In method and is not required to purchase any product or service. A participant who does not wish to provide telephone marketing consent must use the Website Online Entry or the Mail-In method.

TCPA / marketing consent for Online Entry. By checking box (b), the participant agrees that Erdmann Outdoor Living / Erdmann Exterior Design, LTD. and its representatives may call and text the number provided, including with an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS/MMS, about Erdmann Outdoor Living products, services, estimates, and promotions. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of entering the Sweepstakes. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent may be revoked at any time by contacting Sponsor at (847) 394-3495 or [info@erdmannoutdoorliving.com] .

Mail-In Alternative Method of Entry (no telephone marketing consent required). To enter without using Meta or the Website and without providing TCPA consent, hand-print your first name, last name, street address of the Qualifying Residence, city, state, ZIP code, email address, telephone number (for winner notification only), and the words “Your Backyard. Your Pick. Sweepstakes” on a plain 3" x 5" card, and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Erdmann Outdoor Living, Sweepstakes Entry, 3104 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2026 and received no later than seven (7) days after that date. Mail-in entries have the same odds as Online Entries. Photocopies, facsimiles, and mechanical reproductions will not be accepted.

Upon a valid Website Online Entry, Meta Instant Form Online Entry, or Mail-In entry, the participant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON / PER EMAIL ADDRESS / PER HOUSEHOLD ACROSS ALL ENTRY METHODS COMBINED. A person who submits both a Meta form and a website form, or a website form and a mail-in card, still receives only one entry. Additional entries may be disqualified. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries may be disqualified. Entries must be submitted by the participant. Multiple participants may not share the same email address. In a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned the email address by the organization responsible for the domain. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder or forfeit the prize. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address, and incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries, will be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary. Attending a sales presentation, scheduling a consultation, or requesting a quote is not required to enter or win. Sharing, tagging, posting, or otherwise creating content on Facebook or Instagram is not required to enter or win and does not create extra entries. Home-show or other in-person paper cards are not an official entry method for this Sweepstakes.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to Meta. By entering, each participant releases Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, and Instagram from any and all liability arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes.

By entering, the participant agrees that Sponsor may contact the participant by telephone, email, or mail solely to administer the Sweepstakes (including eligibility questions, winner notification, affidavit, site inspection, and prize fulfillment). Marketing and advertising calls and texts are permitted only as described in this Section 3 for Online Entries that include the TCPA consent, or as otherwise permitted by law. Sponsor will honor company-specific do-not-call requests and applicable federal, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Arizona telephone-solicitation laws. These Official Rules do not authorize calls or texts to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry except as permitted by law. Mail-in numbers, and telephone numbers from a Website Online Entry submitted without the TCPA box checked, will not be used for any call or text except to notify and administer the prize if that person is the verified winner. Sponsor will not treat a Sweepstakes entry, standing alone, as an established business relationship that authorizes marketing calls. Sponsor will honor a revocation of consent by any reasonable means.

4. SELECTION OF WINNER

On or about January 5, 2027 at approximately 12:00 p.m. CT, Sponsor will select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. There will be one (1) drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email and telephone within approximately ten (10) days of the drawing date. Social media may be used only as a backup notice method.

Except where legally prohibited, the potential winner must sign and return, within seven (7) days of being notified, an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release, a Form W-9, and any other documentation Sponsor reasonably requires, and must permit a site inspection of the Qualifying Residence. If the potential winner cannot be contacted after a reasonable first attempt, fails to return the required documents within the required time, is unavailable for inspection or installation within the period specified in Section 5, or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner selected by random drawing from remaining eligible entries. If Sponsor cannot verify a winner after repeated alternate drawings, Sponsor reserves the right not to award the prize.

ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND THE PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. Sponsor will not represent that a person “has won” until verification is complete.

5. PRIZE

There will be one (1) Grand Prize. The Grand Prize is a credit of Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($5,000.00) toward the then-current retail price of one (1) Qualifying Project installed by Sponsor at the Qualifying Residence listed on the winner’s Entry (the “Grand Prize Project”). The winner chooses one of the following Qualifying Projects: (i) a TimberTech deck; (ii) a StruXure pergola; or (iii) motorized screens. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $5,000.00.

No additional purchase or payment is required to receive or use the prize. There is no project minimum and no design, measure, or consultation fee to redeem the credit. If the winner’s selected configuration of the chosen Qualifying Project can be completed for $5,000.00 or less at Sponsor’s then-current retail pricing, Sponsor will install that work at no out-of-pocket cost to the winner. For that in-cap scope, Sponsor will pay ordinary governmental permit fees Sponsor elects to pull and any sales or use tax on the in-cap installation. The winner’s only required cost is income and other tax on the $5,000.00 ARV of the prize. Scoping and scheduling the in-cap project is prize fulfillment, not a sales presentation, and is not required to remain in the drawing — it occurs only after the winner is verified. If the actual retail price of the work the winner selects is less than $5,000.00, no cash, check, or credit for the unused difference will be paid. If the winner wants a configuration that exceeds $5,000.00, the winner may either (a) accept a project scoped to the $5,000.00 cap at no out-of-pocket cost other than tax on the ARV, or (b) enter a separate written contract and pay the excess. Option (b) is voluntary, is not a condition of receiving or using the prize, and will be documented in a contract separate from prize fulfillment. Any optional Wisconsin upgrade contract will comply with Wis. Admin. Code ATCP 110.

The Grand Prize Project will be installed only at the Qualifying Residence stated on the Entry. The prize is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The winner must schedule the project with Sponsor within sixty (60) days after the date Sponsor notifies the winner that verification is complete, and the installation must be completed within twelve (12) months after that verification date, season and weather permitting. Failure to permit inspection, to schedule, or to provide reasonable access within that period results in forfeiture.

The Qualifying Residence must, in Sponsor’s reasonable judgment after inspection, be suitable for a standard installation of the chosen Qualifying Project: reasonable crew access, structurally sound installation area, functioning utilities as required for the selected product, and no hazardous condition (including extensive mold, rot, or compromised structure) that would prevent a standard installation. Hidden conditions discovered after work begins, relocation of utilities, moving walls, electrical-panel upgrades, work outside the selected Qualifying Project footprint, HOA fees Sponsor does not elect to pay, and remediation of mold, rot, or other hazardous material are not included unless they fit within the $5,000.00 cap and Sponsor agrees in writing. Ordinary governmental permit fees for the in-cap scope that Sponsor elects to pull, and sales or use tax on the in-cap installation, are Sponsor’s cost.

Work will be performed by Sponsor or its licensed subcontractors. Color, model, and accessory selections are limited to Sponsor’s standard catalog available at scheduling, within the cap. The prize cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon, or financing offer except as Sponsor may agree in writing. Limit one prize per person / email / household.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, Illinois, Wisconsin, Arizona, and local taxes on the ARV of the prize. Winner must complete a Form W-9 before work is scheduled. Sponsor will issue any required information return.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. Any taxes on the ARV of the prize, and any fees and expenses not expressly included (including moving, storage, temporary lodging, landscaping restoration beyond ordinary job-site cleanup, and HOA fees Sponsor does not elect to pay), are the winner’s sole responsibility. Ordinary governmental permits for the in-cap scope and sales or use tax on the in-cap installation are not the winner’s cost. Prize cannot be assigned or sold. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Sponsor will not replace a prize after installation except as required by Sponsor’s standard workmanship or manufacturer warranty. Any resale or commercial use may result in forfeiture. No insurance is included.

SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO SWEEPSTAKES LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER LOSS ARISING OUT OF ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT CAUSED BY SPONSOR’S GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR AS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Installation work remains subject to Sponsor’s separate installation agreement, licenses, insurance, and limited warranties. These Official Rules do not expand or replace that agreement.

Award disclosures

A participant is not required to listen to a sales presentation in order to enter or to receive the prize. A participant is not required to pay for any merchandise, service, or item of value in order to enter or to receive the prize, other than the items disclosed in this Section 5.

• Odds: 1 in N, where N equals the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

• Eligibility limitations: legal Illinois, Wisconsin, or Arizona residents, 18 or older, who own a Qualifying Residence in Sponsor’s then-current service area, as set forth in Section 1. Sweepstakes Entities and their immediate families and household members are not eligible.

Items the winner may be required to pay (the only chargeable items): (1) federal, state, and local income or other tax on the $5,000.00 ARV; (2) any amount by which an optional upgrade exceeds $5,000.00, and only if the winner elects that separate contract; (3) work outside the prize scope in this Section 5 that the winner separately requests; and (4) incidental costs not included in the prize (for example lodging or HOA fees Sponsor does not elect to pay). There is no handling charge, redemption fee, shipping charge, entry fee, design fee, project minimum, or required out-of-pocket cost for an in-cap Qualifying Project. Scheduling a consultation is optional and does not affect eligibility or odds. Sponsor, not the winner, pays ordinary governmental permit fees Sponsor elects to pull for the in-cap scope and sales or use tax on the in-cap installation.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; technical failures of Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or Sponsor’s website; or errors of any kind, or delay of the Grand Prize Project due to Force Majeure Events. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Failure to enforce any term is not a waiver.

ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR PLATFORM ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE ITS LEGITIMATE OPERATION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF LAW. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity. If the Sweepstakes cannot be run as planned, Sponsor may (a) suspend and modify it and resume in a manner that conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (b) terminate it and award the prize at random from eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the impairment.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASES; PUBLICITY

BY PARTICIPATING, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT SPONSOR AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING AGENCIES, WEBSITE AND PLATFORM PROVIDERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS AGAINST, INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY, RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE SWEEPSTAKES CANNOT BE ADMINISTERED OR THE PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS FROM ACTS OF GOD, WAR, TERRORISM, CIVIL UNREST, STRIKES, SUPPLY SHORTAGES, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, EPIDEMICS, PANDEMICS, COMPLIANCE WITH LAW OR GOVERNMENTAL ORDER, OR ANY SIMILAR EVENT BEYOND SPONSOR’S REASONABLE CONTROL (“FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS”).

EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND THE PRIZE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT FOR ANY WRITTEN PRODUCT OR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY SPONSOR PROVIDES AT INSTALLATION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY.

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE CONSTITUTES THE WINNER’S GRANT TO SPONSOR AND THE RELEASED PARTIES OF THE RIGHT TO USE THE WINNER’S NAME, HOMETOWN, LIKENESS, AND NON-CONFIDENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES COMMENTS, AND BEFORE-AND-AFTER PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE INSTALLED WORK, IN ANY MEDIA FOR ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES without further compensation. Entry alone, without winning, does not grant publicity rights beyond announcing that a drawing will occur.

8. DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited, participant agrees that: (1) any dispute arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize shall be resolved individually, without class action, and exclusively in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, or in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois; (2) any award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter, not to exceed fifty U.S. dollars (US$50.00), and in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) participant waives punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any right to have damages multiplied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act or other mandatory consumer-protection law.

9. PRIVACY

Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.erdmannoutdoorliving.com/privacy-policy. Sponsor will use Entry information to administer the Sweepstakes and fulfill the prize. Sponsor will use telephone numbers provided with Online Entry TCPA consent to contact participants about Erdmann Outdoor Living products, services, estimates, and promotions, as described in Section 3. Mail-in telephone numbers will be used for Sweepstakes administration and winner notification unless the participant separately consents to marketing. Sponsor does not sell personal information. Participants may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP and may request no further marketing calls by contacting Sponsor at (847) 394-3495 or [info@erdmannoutdoorliving.com] .

10. OFFICIAL RULES AND WINNERS LIST

These Official Rules will be posted at https://www.erdmannoutdoorliving.com/sweepstakes-official-rules during the Sweepstakes Period and for at least thirty (30) days after the winner is confirmed. For a copy by mail, send a self-addressed stamped envelope, for receipt by December 31, 2026, to: Erdmann Outdoor Living, Official Rules Request, 3104 N.
