The following Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to promotional offers advertised by Erdmann Outdoor Living and StruXure Northshore in television commercials, print mailers, direct mail, digital advertisements, social media, email campaigns, website promotions, radio, and other marketing materials.

Promotional offers are subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, financing requirements, and exclusions listed below.

Erdmann Outdoor Living and StruXure Northshore are operated by Erdmann Exterior Designs, Ltd., d/b/a Erdmann Outdoor Living and StruXure Northshore.

Erdmann Exterior Designs, Ltd. operates in compliance with applicable state, county, municipal, licensing, registration, bonding, insurance, and permit requirements for the work performed.

Contractor licensing and registration requirements may vary by state, county, municipality, project type, product type, and scope of work. Licensing, registration, bonding, and insurance information is available upon request.

Privacy Policy

Customer information submitted through Erdmann Outdoor Living or StruXure Northshore websites, lead forms, financing applications, appointment requests, promotional inquiries, or other forms is subject to the Erdmann Outdoor Living Privacy Policy.

Promotional Period

Promotional offers are valid only during the promotional period stated in the applicable advertisement, mailer, commercial, digital ad, email, website promotion, or written offer.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, promotional offers apply only to new proposals and new contracts signed during the applicable promotional period.

Erdmann Outdoor Living and StruXure Northshore reserve the right to change, extend, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

Promotional offers are available to residential customers purchasing qualifying products and services from Erdmann Outdoor Living or StruXure Northshore.

Offers apply to new proposals and new contracts only. Offers may not be applied to previously signed agreements, existing orders, completed projects, past purchases, service work, repair work, warranty work, or prior balances.

Customer must meet all applicable project, product, contract, financing, and lender requirements to qualify.

Current Promotional Offer

The current promotional offer applies equally to both Erdmann Outdoor Living and StruXure Northshore, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Offer details, promotional dates, financing terms, minimum purchase requirements, and eligibility requirements are determined by the specific advertisement, mailer, commercial, digital ad, email, website promotion, or written offer where the promotion appears.

The same offer terms, restrictions, exclusions, and financing requirements apply to both Erdmann Outdoor Living and StruXure Northshore.

Offer Types

Promotional offers may include one or more of the following, as advertised:

Free standard installation with qualifying purchase; percentage-off promotional discounts, such as 10% off qualifying purchases; promotional financing offers, including 12-month, 18-month, 24-month, or 5-year financing options; or other limited-time seasonal or special offers.

Specific offer details, promotional dates, financing terms, and eligibility requirements may vary by promotion.

Free Installation Offer Terms

When a promotion includes “Free Installation,” the offer applies only to standard installation for qualifying products purchased from and installed by Erdmann Outdoor Living or StruXure Northshore.

Free installation applies only to projects sold and installed by Erdmann Outdoor Living or StruXure Northshore and only when included as part of the applicable promotion.

Free installation does not include optional upgrades, structural modifications, custom labor, unusual site conditions, permit-related requirements, electrical work, engineering, demolition, disposal, repairs, or other non-standard installation requirements unless specifically included in the signed contract.

Additional charges may apply for non-standard installations, optional upgrades, site conditions, custom work, or work outside the scope of standard installation.

Free installation may not be applied retroactively to prior purchases, previously signed agreements, existing orders, completed projects, service work, repair work, warranty work, or prior balances.

Percentage-Off Offer Terms

When a promotion includes a percentage discount, such as “10% Off,” the discount applies only to qualifying products or services purchased during the applicable promotional period.

Percentage-off promotions apply to new proposals and new contracts only. They may not be applied to prior purchases, previously signed agreements, existing orders, completed projects, service work, repair work, warranty work, or prior balances.

Minimum purchase requirements may apply. Maximum discount limits may apply. Discount eligibility may vary based on project type, product category, project scope, and promotional offer.

Percentage-off promotions cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, special offers, financing offers, or previously quoted pricing unless expressly stated in writing by Erdmann Outdoor Living or StruXure Northshore.

Financing Terms

Financing offers are available through participating third-party financing partners and are subject to credit approval.

Promotional financing may include, but is not limited to, 12-month, 18-month, 24-month, or 5-year financing options, as advertised. Financing plans, promotional periods, interest rates, payment requirements, minimum purchase amounts, lender fees, and other terms are determined by the lender and may vary based on creditworthiness, project amount, selected financing plan, and lender requirements.

Not all customers will qualify for financing. Erdmann Outdoor Living and StruXure Northshore do not make credit decisions and are not responsible for lender approval, denial, financing terms, lender disclosures, interest rates, fees, payment requirements, or changes to lender programs.

Customers must review and agree to all lender-provided financing documents, disclosures, and payment terms before entering into a financing agreement.

Truth in Lending / Financing Disclosure

Any advertised financing offer, including language such as “0% interest,” “no interest,” “no payments,” “same as cash,” “12-month financing,” “18-month financing,” “24-month financing,” or “5-year financing at 2.99%,” is subject to approved credit through a participating third-party lender.

Additional lender terms, conditions, fees, minimum purchase amounts, payment requirements, interest charges, and eligibility requirements may apply.

Customers should refer to the lender’s Truth in Lending disclosures, financing agreement, and payment schedule for complete financing details.

Minimum purchase amounts may apply to promotional offers and financing options.

Minimum purchase requirements may vary by promotion, product type, project scope, financing plan, or lender requirement.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for optional upgrades, structural modifications, custom design work, unusual site conditions, engineering, permits, electrical work, demolition, disposal, repairs, access limitations, non-standard installations, or other work outside the scope of the advertised promotional offer.

Any additional charges will be outlined in the customer’s proposal, contract, change order, or financing documents, as applicable.

Exclusions

Unless expressly stated in writing, promotional offers:

Cannot be applied to prior purchases; cannot be applied to previously signed agreements; cannot be applied to existing orders; cannot be applied to completed projects; cannot be applied to service work, repair work, warranty work, or prior balances; cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, special offers, financing offers, or previously quoted pricing; have no cash value; may not be redeemed for cash, credit, refund, or future discount; and are subject to product availability, project approval, and standard terms and conditions.

New Orders Only

All promotional offers apply to new orders and new contracts only unless otherwise stated in writing.

Promotions may not be applied retroactively after a contract has been signed.

Project Approval

All projects are subject to the standard design, proposal, contract, installation, and project approval process of Erdmann Outdoor Living or StruXure Northshore.

Erdmann Outdoor Living and StruXure Northshore reserve the right to determine whether a project qualifies for a promotional offer based on product selection, project scope, site conditions, financing eligibility, installation requirements, and other applicable factors.

General Conditions

All sales are subject to standard terms, conditions, contracts, product availability, design guidelines, installation guidelines, financing requirements, lender approval, and project approval.

By participating in a promotional offer, the customer agrees to these Promotional Terms & Conditions, the terms of the applicable advertisement or written offer, the signed contract, and any lender-required financing terms and disclosures.
