Plan Your Custom Backyard Remodel in North Gateway, AZ

Arizona heat can be downright brutal, and without proper shade, your backyard gatherings may be unbearable once the sun reaches its peak. If you’re considering a backyard remodel in North Gateway, Arizona, a custom deck or pergola from Erdmann Outdoor Living can make a huge difference in your property’s functionality, not just in the summer, but year-round.

We’ve been in business since 1982, giving us more than 40 years of backyard renovation experience. Plus, we’re a one-stop shop for designing, rendering, permitting, and building, so you won’t have to juggle multiple contractors for your project.

Struxure Pergola Installation in North Gateway

Without adequate shade, your backyard will likely sit empty from May through October. Luckily, installing a louvered roof pergola is one of the most versatile ways to create a shaded outdoor space to relax. We work exclusively with Struxure pergolas in North Gateway because their durable construction holds up well in Arizona’s desert climate, and their motorized adjustable louvers let you control airflow and shade on demand.

You can open or close the louvers from your smartphone to adjust to different weather patterns, times of day, seasons, or temperature preferences.

Custom Pergolas in North Gateway

If you’re interested in creating a custom pergola in North Mountain, we can help you design and render a project that’s built around your property and style. Our pergola accessories, like motorized screens and privacy walls, can give you more seclusion in your backyard oasis and help block wind, insects, road noise, or neighboring views that can distract from your relaxation.

TimberTech Decks for North Gateway Homes

If you want a deck that holds up to Arizona conditions without needing ongoing maintenance, we recommend TimberTech decks in North Gateway.

We work exclusively with TimberTech materials because they’re designed to resist warping and fading under hot temperatures and constant UV exposure, making them a more durable option for the climate than wood alternatives. Plus, TimberTech materials don’t need seasonal sealing, staining, repainting, or other maintenance, so they’re a more practical choice for the long term.

We can customize your installation with deck accessories like lighting and privacy walls to give it a finished feel, much like an outdoor living room to relax in. No matter your preferences, we can work with you to design your dream custom deck in North Gateway.
