The Erdmann Process
After scheduling a free initial consultation, one of our skilled Remodeling Consultants will come to you to review the vision for your new space. We take the time to answer all of your questions, and measurements will also be taken of the proposed project area with a rough conceptualization of the space. A design retainer is offered and, if accepted, a meeting is scheduled with the designer.
The follow-up appointment is where we start bringing your dream to life! Your Remodeling Consultant will review the proposal with you to verify the design and dimensions. When everything looks good, project timelines are reviewed, and the contract is signed.
Once the contract is signed, your project is now officially in progress. To kick things off, our team will reach out to you to confirm the project timeline and expectations. After confirmation, we’ll get your project scheduled within 30 business days.
We take care of everything—even before installation day. From applying for permits and taking final measures to ordering materials and capturing the “before” photos, we’ll keep you updated on all the details to ensure that your project stays on schedule.
Installation begins with a demo of the space and supervision by an on-site Project Manager. Throughout the installation process, inspections will be completed as necessary, and you can count on our crew to always leave the work site clean.
